Fred J. Osborne, P.E., is President of Osborne Engineering, Inc. and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering from Northwestern University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.

Fred has been working in the healthcare industry since 1986. He has been a clinical faculty member with the Joint Commission since 1992, and is also a member advisor of the Joint Commission's Committee on Healthcare Safety. Fred is a regularly featured speaker at JCAHO seminars, broadcasts, and videos. Fred also speaks at various state healthcare organizations and a number of professional societies.
